Louis Rossmann
Louis Rossmann is a repair technician, business owner, and one of the most influential voices in the Right to Repair movement. He’s the founder of Rossmann Repair Group, a MacBook and electronics repair business based in New York, and has built a massive online following by exposing how corporate repair restrictions hurt consumers.
In 2024, Rossmann co-founded the FULU Foundation (Foundation for Ownership and Liberty in Use) alongside Kevin O’Reilly. The nonprofit advocates for digital ownership rights and challenges laws, like Section 1201 of the DMCA that limit repair and modification.
